Learning to Trace Seiberg Dualities

We use ML methods to address this question for Seiberg dualities of supersymmetric quiver gauge theories.
We propose five different pathfinders to connect quivers related by Seiberg dualities. The pathfinders propose a path of dualizations, as shown below.
The pathfinders are bidirectional A* or unidirectional beam search algorithms, with cost function and heuristic functions provided by the prediction of Graph Neural Networks that guide the path. We show a schematic representation for all pathfinders below
